A Little Down-Time

There is nothing better for the body, mind and soul then a little down time. The beauty of doing nothing.......enjoying the peace, the silence, the pleasure of being alone with your thoughts or in the company of someone you care about.

When was the last time you escaped and did absolutely nothing? No activities, chores or work on the agenda? Competely unplugged from all the background noise and disruptions from television, music, computers and cell phones?

When was the last time you had a heart-to-heart conversation with someone or with yourself?

It is essential to our well-being to do this and to do it often......

Treat yourself to some down-time.....

For an hour, an evening, a day or an entire weekend if you can......

I promise, you will feel so much better.......

  1. This is so true, people became so busy these days that you forgot about themselves not to mention others who they should take care of.

    For me, I don't know I never notice that matter until I read your post today. It has been a long time since the last time I unplugged from this crazy world.
